La Quinta de Monje opened its doors in April 2014 by Mario Méndez and Felipe Domínguez, who already manage several successful restaurants in the city of Burgos.
Together with Chef Álvaro Ureña and his miniature pintxo cuisine, with flavors from around the world and original proposals, they seek to play and interact with the customer in a casual way.
